Websites and blogs have been a great way that a lot of people got knowledgeable about a subject matter and websites would still remain for a long time to come. There are thousands of sites on the internet that offers great business advice and builds your ability to understand business related stuff; thus, building your financial intelligence. Make sure to bookmark these sites and make it a habit to read them every day. Because you may not have time to open a book, but setting a realistic goal of reading, say 10 business articles per day could go a long way to building your financial intelligence.
I’ll be showing you ten of my favourite sites where aspects like sales, small businesses, entrepreneurship, marketing, business news and so many other topics are covered.
1. Entrepreneur.com – This one comes on the top of my list as it has a whole lot of resources for entrepreneurs. On aspects like social media marketing, growth strategies, technology, finances, starting a business and a lot more, this one you definitely want to read regularly, as they release on average 700 articles a month. That’s amazing!
2. BusinessInsider.com – A business news website that covers personal finances, investing, start-ups, markets and others. Knowing what goes on in the world of business is key for any entrepreneur, as information is very relevant to scale greater heights as a business person.
3. AllBusiness.com – This site has over 33,000 articles across many different fields written by seasoned professionals. Look out for their daily top stories just on the homepage of their website. You’ll see stories and other articles that sure would inspire you, and grow your financial smartness.
4. Inc.com – I call them the white and black guys because of their colour combination. It’s really puzzling as so many other websites on this list are simply black and white, too. I think I have some researches to do. Check out their newsletters as it sure would blow you away. Also covering different aspects of starting and growing your business, it also presents it with the simplest of design that would leave very little distractions to reading what you want to.
5. Forbes.com – Ah, these guys! With sections you could read more about billionaires, innovation, leadership, money, lifestyle and other topics, they have proved themselves to be included on this list.
6. SMEDigest.com.ng – Enough with the white guys, let’s come back home to the best resources you could find to building your financial intelligence here in Nigeria. Abbey Oyetunji has really made this one a great resource for entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
7. Invoice.ng – While this actually isn’t primarily a place you could come and read business related stuff, it is a website that makes it easy for businesses to get paid. But check out the blog section of their website, be blown away! Don’t say I didn’t tell you.
8. VenturesAfrica.com – A business news website; you really want to read them more. Especially for the forex traders that need business news to be able to predict fluctuations in the market. This one is a must-read.
9. TheStarta.com – They are there to simplify the processes of starting your own business. Check out their articles section and be blown away especially by their podcasts.
10. Adobebusiness.com – A great place to read more on stuff like agriculture, business ideas, entrepreneurship, and grow intellectually, too! Ikenna releases mind-blowing business-related articles almost every day.
Try as much as possible to find at least 5 of these websites you want to be reading every day. Check them all out, make your pick, then bookmark those you want to see more of.
