131 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria

131 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in the country on Monday, March 22, as announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

The health agency gave a breakdown of the new cases as follows; Lagos-64, Rivers-12, Kaduna-11, Plateau-9, Jigawa-8, Bayelsa-6, Ondo-5, Ebonyi-4, FCT-4, Osun-4, Borno-1, Kano-1, Ogun-1, Oyo-1.

There are now 161,868 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 2,030 deaths have been recorded. 148,125 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.
