418 Nigerians stranded in Saudi Arabia arrive in Abuja

Another batch of 418 Nigerians who were stranded in Saudi Arabia has arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Int’l Airport, Abuja via Saudi Air at about 1220hrs on Wednesday.

Announcing their arrival, the Nigerians In Diaspora Commission said the returnees “shall proceed on quarantine at the Federal Capital Territory Hajj camp in line with the COVID-19 protocols by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19.”

The arrival of these returnees brings the total number of those who returned from Saudi Arabia this week to 1,068.
