Judgement in a lawsuit seeking to sack the Cross River Governor, Ben Ayande and his Deputy, Ivara Esu over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been postponed by a federal high court in Abuja till April 6.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo had earlier scheduled ruling on the case for March 25, 2022.
However judgment on the suit marked: FHC/ABI/CS/975/2021, filed by the PDP, with INEC, Ayade, Esu and APC as defendants, has been rescheduled for April 6.
