Job Description
- To monitor all Ali express parcels from departure scan to collection at Nipost last miles.
- To update relevant scans on shipments with Nipost per time after gathering information.
- Close monitoring and prompt follow-up with all Nipost regional managers.
- Makes recommendations to improve the quality, efficiency, and productivity of operations.
- Investigates quality-related issues and submit a report to the Quality Control Manager
- Provide updates on shipments upon request.
Job Specification
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office tools.
- Must possess good organization skills.
- Must possess analytical skills.
