Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Prepareand developtechnical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
  • Discussequipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Collaboratewith sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generatehigh-quality sales leads, followup after initial contact, secureand reneworders, negotiateprices, completesales, and arrangedeliveries.
  • Helpcustomers who have problems with installed products and recommendimproved or upgraded materials.
  • Solicitand logclient feedback, evaluatethe data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifyareas for improvement and communicatethese issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Setand achievesales goals and quotas.
  • Trainother members of the sales team ontechnical aspects of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • A First Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.

Civil Engineer

Overview

  • To provide technical support to Sales and Project Department.

Responsibilities

  • Draft quotations, datasheet and conduct trainings with team members.
  • Takepart in generating new applicators for site application work.
  • Responsible for product launch, product demonstration, training for consultants, applicators and other clients.
  • HandleCustomer Technical Complaints.
  • Identify, diagnoseand troubleshootapplication failure
  • Createstandard procedure for site application in relation to product technical data sheet and best practice
  • Sales Technical Support
  • Creation of method statement and application procedure for product and site application.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure all datasheet on our social media handles are up-to-date and correct

Academic Qualifications

  • A good First Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering, Construction or similar with 3 – 5 years proven experience

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction industry
  • Certification in Project Management is an added advantage

  • Good Analytical skills.
