Head of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organisation’s goals.
  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
  • Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislations, to manage customer data.
  • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
  • Influence senior stakeholders within customers’ organisations and premier buyers in the industry.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Leverage innovations to maximise revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.

Requirements & Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years experience.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must live in Festac or its environ.

Content Writer

Summary

  • We are looking for an effective content and copywriter, with strong writing, editing and social media management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
