Job Description
The ideal candidate will play an essential role in ensuring that payments made by customers or businesses are processed correctly and in a timely manner. The ideal role holder may also be tasked with resolving any issues that arise with these transactions, such as errors or other problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support in identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems
- Monitoring payment channels including but not limited to Banking, Switching Companies, FinTech, Payment System Service Providers (PSSP), PTSP
- Ensure payment channels has a stable connection with the system and provide quick response to any channel-related issue.
- Work closely with the Operations team to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers’ experience with the usage of our mobile application and payment system.
- Prepare competitors’ product comparative analysis and identify areas for improvement of the company’s product and channel capabilities.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- At least Three years of related experience is required.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
