Sourcing & Deployment Officer

Job Summary

  • The Sourcing and Deployment Officer is responsible for the overall sourcing of Operatives for the business.
  • He / she will serve as a major contact for the recruitment of physically and medically fit personnel to join our guards work force.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily/weekly Sourcing for prospective operativesto be trained by the training coordinator.
  • Poaching/referrals of Operativesfor the experienced personnel.
  • Ensure we have pool of operatives needed for deployment.
  • Liaise with managers across board to determine staffing requirements in terms of operatives (Activation and replacement).
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate within the company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements.
  • Ensures proper assessment are carried out on all operatives.
  • Confirms the eligibility of the candidates before being trained.
  • Prepares weekly reports of activities on recruitment and other tasks.

Skills / Education Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in relevant field.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in similar roles in Security organisations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Any other job assigned by the Superior(s).

Journey Management Co-ordinator

Job Summary

  • The Journey Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination ofthe entire Journey Management activities through professional service delivery and ensuring clients arrive at their safe dest

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute daily plans by issuing, communicating and monitoring for clients personnel movements to/fro the airport or designated Location.
  • Increase JM revenues within expected time frame.
  • Conduct Security and risk surveys, analyse survey reports and recommend as appropriate to client.
  • Ensures smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities within its region.
  • Ensure adequate manpower is maintained.
  • Ensure availability of resources required for successful operations.
  • Ensure discipline is enforced in the region.
  • Enforce adherence to Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) in the execution of Task.
  • Manage all Events from start to finish through excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure the safety and security of Clients is maintained
  • Ensure Quality Assurance/safety by conducting pre-deployment assessment of Escort/Passenger vehicles and other equipment required for the task.
  • Report to the Operations Room Coordinator in the course of task execution.
  • Update Line supervisor with Information on Road Maps/ alternative routes.
  • Plan with Admin on drivers work schedule and overtime.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate the assignment of the allocated vehicles, log, audit and attend all complaints, follow up with Admin on possible repairs.
  • Liaise with Operations team to coordinate smooth transition to and from various destination.
  • Work closely with Admin/Procurement and other departments to ensure high standards are met.
  • Prepare timely reports on journey management operations.
  • Liase with Police and other government security agencies.

Skills / Education Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant field.

Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • To grow and supervise operational activities, increase turnover and provide expert security service to all clients across all regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and Co-ordinate all operational activities Pan-Nigeria.
  • Ensure proper manpower requirement is met for all beats / assigned locations
  • Ensure provision of necessary tools and resources required for client’s security
  • Create standard operations procedures and post orders for all beats/locations.
  • Organize re-training for guards and deployment to beats
  • Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of security operations and measures.
  • Carry out investigations on all incidents
  • Conduct periodic heightened risk assessment and reports to client
  • Go on random visits to locations to ascertain the look and feel of operatives.
  • Identify and advise on competitive advantage against competitors.

Business Development Executive

Job Summary

  • To identify, develop and grow opportunities within key Corporate Clients and significantly increase the company’s clientele base.
  • He/She will function as account head and as liaison between the all our clients and the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Develop new business relationships and carry out direct marketing for prospective clients
  • Manage the sales process: lead generation; pitch, ask questions, negotiate and manage account
  • Develop proposals, contract agreement and all other documentations for clients
  • Analyse and respond to tenders
  • Expand the clientele base by aggressive marketing.

Client Service Officer

Job Summary

  • The Client Service Officer is responsible for the overall management, servicing and profitability of the company’s clientele.
  • He/she will function as liaison officer between all company’s clients and the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all clients.
  • Timely and prompt response to all the client/management Inquiries, queries and escalations
  • Liaise with the operation and BD team as necessary to address client needs and monitor client escalation processing to closure.
  • Coordinate with finance department on Receivables Engagements.
  • Review outstanding receivables two weeks after every quarter.
  • Service rate review engagement with clients.
  • Relationship Building – Calls to Client Representatives and courtesy visits.
  • Periodically contact clients to assess client satisfaction and opportunities for potential growth.
  • Spot Check on Client locations to Identify potential problems with client accounts before they occur and work with operations to eliminate future occurrences.
