- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Customer Service Officer
Job Description
- Manage / handle huge number of incoming phone calls
- Identify and resolve customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide timely, accurate, valid and complete information to clients
- Set up client meetings.
- Ensure timely feedback is provided to client inquiry and ensure issues are resolved timely
