Qualification:
Applicants must possess a minimum of second – class University Degree in Computer Science or another closely related field.
Key requirements Includes;
- All applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT Technician.
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 and UNIX would be advantageous.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software to all staff.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as required.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Effective troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Possession of a highly developed work ethic.
- Knowledge of current anti-viral software.
- Experience with internet management.
