Job Summary:
- As the Manager of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within our automobile company.
- Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative department, supporting various departments and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
- You will report directly to the senior management team and work closely with other departments to maintain high levels of productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an administrative management role, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of administrative, fleet, and facility processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
