Duties and Responsibilities
- Stores system repairs. (System not coming up, slow system, hard disk repairs and change, system not printing, Laptop fixing, system servicing, etc)
- Stores ICG management
- Stores Loyalty Program Management
- HQ Server Management, data security and data protection/backup
- Network Management at stores and HQ
- Assist in Tester management
- Report generation for Management and Line staff
- Effecting approved Sales Promotions by management at stores and HQ
- Price changes and Data Input/Editing
- Stock issues (Investigation & Resolution)
- Resolve ICG issues as affecting other department duties (eg Account/ICG reconciliation)
- Printer Management
- Day to Day data management. Purchasing, Invoicing, Transfers, Price change, etc
- CUG phonecall issues
- Web/Online duties collaboration with online team. Online/ICG resolution and sales
- Resolving software possible malfunction and Data errors created at stores and HQ or by software itself
- Sundry duties
Please note that the Head Office is Located at Trade-Fair, Thus proximity to location is a MUST.
