Job Summary

  • An Executive Director in the automobile, real estate and hospitality industry is in urgent need of a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for managing his daily schedule in addition to coordinating aspects of his professional life.

Job Duties

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and documenting meetings minutes.
  • Coordinating the ED’s calendar and maintaining weekly appointment schedules.
  • Planning events and making travel arrangements.
  • Acting as proxy when required.
  • Performing transactional banking activities.
  • Reminding the ED of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Performing or coordinating personal tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as a PA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Resides within Lagos Mainland.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Problem solver.
  • Age bracket (30-40 years) and preferably female.
  • Ability to learn things fast.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of executive calendar management.
  • Professionalism.
