QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- HND/B.A or BSC in Social Sciences
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Intermediate to advanced level
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
- Welcoming guest, contacting colleagues and leading guest to host
- Ensure effective lounge preparation
- Ensure effective passenger handling
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
- Ensure an effective administration function
- Ensure effective marketing of the aviation services offered by Execujet
- Ensure that all supplementary functions are carried out effectively
