Candidate should have:
- First degree in Engineering, Marketing or other relevant field.
- Business development / management experience
- A minimum of two years in management level position
- Understanding of the oil & gas industry regulation
- Good knowledge of bidding and tendering
- Hands-on experience in CRM software and MS office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Good understanding of sales performance metrics
