HVAC Technician

Description

  • The HVAC technician is responsible to rework all defect units that occurred during production at the production floor and also attend to all AC, REF and freezer from sale return end.

Duties

  • To assist in assemblingthe unit when the needarises.
  • It is required from you to work with other team members to achieve set target/ goal in good time as required
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / Diploma or its equivalent.
  • 3 – 7 years’ experience in Consumer Electronics / Manufacturing Industry.

Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of general configuration, installation, servicing and repairs of all precision type air conditioning systems, repair maintenance and installation of all industrial refrigerating systems.
  • Ability to Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Quality Control Supervisor

Duties

  • Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well maintained.
  • Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the manager, provide root cause analysis and execute corrective action plans.
  • Approve or reject products based on the quality standards.
  • Strict adherence to quality standard of the company
  • Maintain records, inspection results and perform documentation.
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence

Competencies

  • To be able to identify deviations in standard.
  • Gathering and properly documenting all data inputs, related quality compliance reporting and tracking.
  • Ability to ensure that all utilized equipment and consumables are of the appropriate and approved/certified type and there are in a good status of maintenance and sufficient in number

Minimum Requirements

  • BE. Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical.
  • 3 – 8 years of proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
