About the job
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company’s overall strategic objectives
- Manage the full Talent Management cycle from recruitment, learning & development, and performance management
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Act as HR Business Partner to clinic managers by providing data-driven and performance reports to drive business performance
- Champion MART Group’s human capital management policies to ensure they are relevant, responsive, up-to-date, and properly understood and complied with
- Establish and maintain a framework to foster regular organizational communication within and across functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, social sciences or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource Management
- CIPM, SHRM membership is an added advantage
