Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
  • Manage employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Administer performance evaluation and career development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide counseling and support as needed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Manage general administrative tasks and office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in all HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge in the Renewable energy space is an added advantage.
