Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our dynamic financial technology company.
- As a Training Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that empower our employees with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:
Training Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive training strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives and adapts to industry trends.
- Identify training needs across various departments and levels within the organization through collaboration with department heads, managers, and HR.
Training Program Design and Implementation:
- Create engaging and effective training programs that encompass a range of topics, including product knowledge, industry regulations, customer service, sales techniques, and technical skills.
- Utilize a variety of training methods such as workshops, online modules, job shadowing, and simulations to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and assessments.
Training Delivery:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development, ensuring consistency in content delivery and message.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment, encouraging participant interaction, questions, and discussions.
- Adapt training approaches based on participant feedback and evolving business needs.
Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations.
- Analyze training outcomes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, making necessary adjustments to enhance training content and delivery.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with various teams to stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain open lines of communication with department heads and managers to understand specific training needs and challenges.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of training specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Delegate tasks and oversee the creation and maintenance of training schedules.
Qualifications:
- BSc. /HND in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training program design, development, and delivery, preferably in the financial technology or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using various training tools, e-learning platforms, and multimedia software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
