Requirements
- Qualified candidate must be vast in diverse areas of HR operations; Learning&Development, employee engagements and On-boarding.
- Hands-on experience in tier 1 & 2 HR software implementation and use is a must.
- BSc./HND in relevant courses.
- Min. of 6-8 years experience in a HR Generalist role in a similar industry (Manufacturing, Construction, Power, FMCG and Engineering Consulting).
