Role Description
- Fina Trust Microfinance Bank is seeking Loan Officers for a full-time on-site position in Lagos.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for screening loan applications, assessing client creditworthiness and ensuring repayment terms are met on time.
- They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving target goals as set out by the Bank.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/HND Degree
- Experience in Microfinance preferred
- Prior experience working in a financial institution, microfinance bank or credit union is preferred
- Familiarity with loan assessment, processing and risk management practices
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and loan tracking software
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and able to manage a high-volume of ongoing tasks
