Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations Repairs (Airconditioners, Generator, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs.
- Keep financial and non-financial records.
- Manage day-to-day operations of properties.
- Oversee property maintenance, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality services.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
