Sales Administrator

Job Description 

  • We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Process key/special customers sales orders
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update daily sales and customer report
  • Develop monthly sales reports & communicate important feedback from customers/sales representatives internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with market information & other relevant roles as may be assigned.

Qualification & Experience

  • Social science-related course.
  • Maximum of 3-5years of working experience in the same role
  • Not more than 30 years.

Area Sales Manager

Job Description 

  • An Area Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales performancein a geographical location. This position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • A qualified candidate shall be responsible for developmentofan overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.

Responsibilities 

  • Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating Team members.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customersin order to improve customer retention rate.

Project Finance Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking a Project Finance Manager todevelopsand oversee a variety of projects related to an organization’s revenue, from annual statements to investmentwhich shall be of high revenue return to the company’s .
  • He/She is responsible forsuccessful planning and execution of projects within a company relating to revenue and expenditure.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • See to adequate planning and implementation of all project through assigningofcost to several areas of the project and balance a company’s budget to suit its long and short-term goals.
  • Initiatemethodsand processesthat can improve the overall performance and efficiency of the implemented project or product of the company.
  • Oversees a company’s expenditure and revenue to provide business opportunitiesand identify cost saving opportunity
  • Ensure adequate and maximum utilization of available resource in all units and improve profit maximization.
  • Managesall project audits, budgetary control and accountingandmotivate employees’ involvement in the project execution.
  • Estimatetime required to complete the project and set milestones so departments can adequately use the money planned for the project.
  • Communicate financial, rules and regulation, implications andrequirements of a project to the management.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of projects to ensure they were successful financially.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree / M.Sc in Accounting / Finance and Management Course related
  • 5-7years of experience in the same role
  • Other certifications from recognized professional body is an additional advantage.

Customer Service Officers

Job Overview

  • A Customer Service is responsible for providing assistance to customers with their inquiries, complaints, and orders.
  • He/She manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Job Purpose

  • The essence of this role is to seek out a professional personnel who possess the ability to communicate effectively with our customers, improve our client database and ensure increment in sales of goods to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing of incoming calls, processing of order and adequate resolution of customer’s complaint
  • Build trust and sustainable relationships with customer’saccounts through effective interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Provide information about a company’s special offerings and up-sellingrelated products.
  • Escalating all complex challenges or complaint of customer to Head of Department for adequate resolution.
  • Updating of Customer’s record and providing accurate and detail report on daily activities.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same role
  • Familiar with use of ERP and CRM
  • Preferably male within the age of 20-25years
  • Digital marketing and Social Media Savv
