Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a business oriented Showroom Manager who will oversee all aspects of our showroom operations, including merchandising, floor layout, products display and the space’s overall appearance and ambiance. manage customer sales and purchase requests. Maintain and manage inventory. Assist with dealership marketing and promotions.
• Oversee end-to-end showroom operations.
• Responsible for managing the entire showroom’s staff. This involves training, motivating, encouraging and collaborating with business Group’s Management team to create a healthy and productive work environment for the staff.
• Responsible for Promoting Inhouse Brands (TCL / TOSHIBA / AEON / LITION / TRANE).
• Stock Analysis (Shortage of Stocks, Sales Planning as per Inventory level of Store).

Requirements

• First degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
• Min 4-5 years cognate experience in retail showroom for Consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Adhere to Hierarchy levels & Showroom SOP Guidelines.
