Qualifications:

Job Description:
- As an online Pharmacist & Order Fulfillment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized counseling to our customers, facilitating health facility referrals, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in a clinical or retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medication management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and technology for remote consultations and order management.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in pharmacy order fulfillment or inventory management is preferred but not required.
Program Manager
- The Program Manager oversees the program, supervises teammates, and informs direct reports on the performance and progress of a company’s ongoing programs.
- The goal of a Program Manager is to ensure all programs are successfully delivered and add value to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Developing and implementing steps to complete programs
- Monitoring the progress of a program and identifying risk factors that can cause delays
- Ensuring the delivery of limited deliverables
- Compiling and writing progress reports and making presentations to management and other stakeholders
- Ensuring program operations comply with internal control policies and legal requirements
- Develop a strategy for communication and involvement.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project’s progress.
- Address disagreements and foster collaboration.
- Cultivate positive and trusting relationships amongst internal and external stakeholder
- Continuously assess engagement effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Keep records of communications and agreements
