Efficient delivery and cutting-edge service are the products of concerted efforts earned through productive engagements. Your role as operations supervisor places you at the center of business processes and operations aimed at earning first-rate customer satisfaction and success.
You are to ensure that all staff and employees of the Company are awake and alive to their duties and responsibilities. To achieve this, you need to perform the following:
- Achieve synergy in all processes and operations across the board.
- Work with another top management team to define exceptional organizational outcomes.
- Develop strategies to achieve satisfactory/exceptional organizational results or outcomes.
- Boost interdepartmental collaboration for maximum company productivity.
- Facilitate quality delivery and control of all operations.
- See to a healthy support and implementation processes.
- Ensure that the technical staff are on top of their jobs.
- Coordinate project activities to improve delivery culture.
- Improve staff self-confidence by creating critical self-awareness.
- Implement programmes and processes to attain top-notch strategies and practices to enhance brand performance.
- Get acquainted and well-informed with the roles of all principal officers from the MD down to the customer service manager, all divisional heads, the IT head, the project manager, and the BDM.
- Work closely with the project manager to provide a compact project team to ensure efficient project supervision and delivery.
- Constantly create a sense of urgency through purposeful and timebound engagements, and critical communications [feedback and reminders] to all stakeholders in the Company value creating space for the delivery of company goals.
You are required to apply the skills of critical thinking and complex problem solving, creativity for innovative engagement, collaboration, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Following the hierarchy of purpose, engagements must be prioritized, noting the purpose of the Company and how best to pursue it. With priorities, be critical in ascertaining what matters most to the Company now and in the future, which projects best align with the purpose, vision, and priorities, and which do not. Consistently focus on who the best hands to execute on projects are, and be driven by the precise targets that will measure real performance and creation of value in the entire Company chain.
