Responsibilities
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.

Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years experience.
Logistic Officer
Job Description
- Strategically plan and manage logistics and customer services
- Ensure products meet up with delivery deadlines and are delivered in excellent condition
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate delivery officers
- Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of logistic activities.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of delivery vehicles.
- Assist with deliveries where required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar position
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities

Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Manager will supervise all activities of the warehouse.
- These include receiving, storing, and supplying of goods, as well as efficiently handling manpower.
- The individual is to streamline all warehouse activities to ensure optimum space utilization, seamless supply, and orderly storage to facilitate physical stock count and minimize warehouse damages.
Key Responsibilities
Receipt of Goods:
- To verify, receive and document production from the production floor and goods transferred to the Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse as per the specified schedule.
- Storage of Finished Goods and Assembly Components in the Warehouse:
- To designate storage areas for each item in the Warehouse.
- Prepare a map showing space allocation update it every week and submit it to the GM and LSH.
Supply of Finished Goods:
- To ensure that the goods supplied to the customers is according to the approved Sales Order (SO).
- To approve Delivery Note confirming exact quantities of goods loaded into the customer’s vehicle.
- To check and verify goods to be transferred to the branches as per the instructions of the LSH.
Damaged Goods:
- To arrange damaged goods from the warehouse in an allocated area and physically count them weekly, Record total weight of the damages and post the same in Tally.
- To receive, arrange, count and weigh the damaged goods received from customers and post the same in Tally.
- To replace damages from customers as per the Damage Replacement Policy of the Company.
- To receive, arrange, count, weigh and verify with waybill damaged goods received from the branches and post the same in Tally.
- Consult with production manager for space availability at grinding rooms and send the damaged goods for grinding.
Stock Count & Reporting:
- To verify and document daily inventory and inventory movement in the Tally system.
- To conduct the weekly perpetual stock count as advised by the Management and capture the results in the format given by the Financial Controller (FC).
- To conduct the annual stock count as advised by the Management and capture the results in the format given by the FC.
Housekeeping & Safety:
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping to ensure that all goods are stored in their designated areas in an orderly manner and all passageways are kept open.
- To ensure that the warehouse is adequately secured with locks at the end of the working day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A person with at least 5 – 8 years of experience in warehousing.
- A person having the required skill to manage a team of 20 – 25 local staff efficiently.
- A person with basic computer knowledge being able to use programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in ERP.
- Experience in organizing and managing goods as per warehouse layout.
