Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasting.
- Control the master data of the general register.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process.
- Prepare an expense budget report.
- Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
- Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities
- Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Analysing the company’s financial systems and procedures
- Processing online payments and bank statements
- Preparing and forecasting budget reports
- Assisting with tax planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7-8 years of experience working as a chartered accountant.
- A professional qualification is a plus
Requirements:
- Must reside in Nigeria
- Preferably male
- Ability to use Fintech ERP.
- Must be knowledgeable in SAP, and SAGE. QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Experience in providing financial advice.
- Must be honest.
- Must be detail-oriented.
