- The job holder will play a key role in supporting our critical IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and scalability across all our hospital locations.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist senior IT staff with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory Services for user and group management.
- Support the virtualized environment by provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting virtual machines.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of NAS storage solutions.
- Gain experience with both Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services, including basic deployments and management tasks.
- Support the migration of on-premises workloads between multiple Cloud & Local Environments (Private cloud, Azure & On-premise) ensuring efficient and secure transitions.
- Participate in the maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN network infrastructure.
- Assist with endpoint administration tasks, including operating system deployments, patching, and configuration management.
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Document IT procedures and troubleshoot user issues efficiently.
- Participate in the documentation and maintenance of a comprehensive infrastructure documentation library.
- Participate in system monitoring and maintain awareness of potential security threats.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including IT staff, department heads and hospital leadership where necessary

- Maintain a high user satisfaction rating through prompt and effective resolution of user issues.
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining high system uptime across all IT infrastructure components.
- Resolve user tickets within established timeframes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.
- Participate in maintaining a secure IT environment by following security protocols and reporting potential security breaches promptly.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong understanding of network concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a strong plus.
- Strong experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory Domain Services.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
