  • Preferred candidate must posses a strong background in technical sales, a good understanding of industrial air compressor systems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for Kaeser air compressors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on Kaeser air compressor products, applications, and solutions.
  • Provide input and feedback to product management and marketing teams on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
  • 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on air compressors or related products.
