Responsibilities
- Support and manage facilitators’ engagement processes
- Design and support all curriculum and course content creation
- Design and develop interactive course components, such as guided practices, interactive activities, knowledge checks and assessments.
- Ensure that all course materials designed by instructors/facilitators are in line with the program and Tech4Dev’s brand guidelines.
- Support the recommendation of effective instructional strategies to enhance courses.
- Independently execute instructional strategies from inception to development and deployment.
- Provide end-to-end Instructional Design support on learning projects
- Employ Instructional Design best practices in the execution of project deliverables which include document design, content outlines, performance support tools, and learning modules.
- Support the identification and creation of media assets.
- Ensure prompt communication of program status updates to other members of the team
- Interact and communicate effectively using online collaboration and meeting tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Creative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
