Key Responsibilities:
- Share monthly and weekly transport requirements with vendors (M+1 to M+3, W+1 to W+3).
- Select appropriate truck types based on CBM or tonnage requirements.
- Plan, book, monitor, and secure transport for weekly requirements.
- Search for and acquire new transporters; maintain and update vendor database profiles.
- Conduct daily checks and evaluations of shipment data, costs, and other related metrics.
- Support transport availability, resolve shipment issues, assist depot managers, and contribute to improving truck supply and shipment processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years hands-on experience in an FMCG environment.
- Strong background in business management,
- Excellent in Microsoft excel and Google Sheet application.
- Must be proficient in all modes of transportations.
- Fluent in English Writing and Language.
- Presentation skills – ability to present and communicate with confidence.
- Knowledge and experience on SAP business solution is a plus.
