RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve designated sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
- Provide timely feedback on competitor activities
- Actively engage in sales promotions and marketing activities in collaboration with marketing executives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to established price policies
- Update and maintain the customer database
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries
- Follow up with existing customers to generate referral prospects
- Demonstrate product strengths and avoid discounting
- Ensure timely delivery of all vehicles as promised
- Handle customer complaints and respond promptly to feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the same field, with a background in automobile sales
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for sales
- Awareness of market trends and intelligence
- In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry in Nigeria
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed personality
- Strong communication skills
