Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and community partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships and revenue streams.
- Analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and business.
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Must be tech savvy
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or strategy consulting
- Strong understanding of the education sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
