What We Ask
- A degree or its equivalent in any numerate discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years working within the Supply Chain function (preferably in the FMCG).
- Great understanding of the APO-SNP environment
- Ability to provide robust plans, solving short-term issues, but taking the long-term perspective in mind as well.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, planning, and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS, and MRP;
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Supply Planning Team in relation to SNP Planning Process and system-related data

Vacancy Description
- Prepare and optimize the operational and tactical (1-18 months) planning for part of the company’s product portfolios.
- Responsible for Supply Plan of all imports, exports, and locally produced finished goods .
- Ensure accura cy of planning master data (including production & recipe versions) are maintained in SAP systems (APO & ECC), in order for the planning of production capacity, export finished goods, inter-company & intra-company finished goods (FGs) stock transfer requirement activities effectively.
- Identify and flag constraints, risks, and opportunities as input for S&OP .
- Perform scenario analyses and support financial decision-making for own scope of planning.
- Lead and coordinate monthly tactical supply review meetings.
- Participate in monthly pre-S&OP meetings
- Participate (represent the company) in cross-OpCo S&OP Supply review Hubs meetings
- Lead/participate in regular meetings to discuss plant performance, maintenance plans, and capacities with plants periodically .
- Prepare periodic reports according to company requirements to provide information and analytical support for decision-making.
