Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking to employ an experienced Conference and Event Manager to coordinate all our conferences, workshops, seminars/training, roundtable discussions, and other events organized by the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) Chartered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute NICA conferences, other events, meetings, and associated matters
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Manage logistics, catering, audiovisual, accommodations, and others
  • Develop and manage event budgets
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate sponsorships and adverts
  • Evaluate event success and identity improvements
  • Bold, lively, inspiring, and exciting when speaking to individuals or audience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of event management experience
  • BSC and MSC in related field
  • Industry certifications (e.g. CMP, CMM) preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in event management software
  • Candidate must be 38 years and above
  • Successful candidate MUST be available to resume immediately

Remuneration:

  •  N150,000 to N200,000 monthly (gross)
