We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for Kaeser air compressors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of industrial air compressor systems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for Kaeser and Mobil air compressors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.
Requirements:
- B.Eng./HND electrical/mechanical engineering is a must.
- 7-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on air compressors or related products.
- Strong understanding of compressed air systems, including compressor technologies, controls, and applications.
