Role Summary:
- As the Expansion Project Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to expand Drugstoc’s footprint into new markets. You will oversee project planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, business development acumen, and operational insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for market entry and expansion projects.
- Identify key milestones and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive dynamics.
- Present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, finance, and sales) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including local government authorities, vendors, and partners.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in new markets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with market entry and expansion.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of expansion projects against defined KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend course corrections when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business development, or market expansion, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical landscape in Nigeria is an added advantage.
