Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveRecruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for matching candidates with the right roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks.
- Manage job postings, ensuring they reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to expand the talent pool.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
