Description 

  • You will have an interesting role of leading your own team and managing end-to-end of acquiring, managing and building our dealership base.
  • Complete life-cycle of our dealer acquisition management.
  • You will create and execute strategies that will help to provide best-in-class services to strengthen our sales efforts and maximize profitable volume growth through dealer acquisition.
  • You will have complete autonomy and execute at a high level. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team who are ready to support you.

Responsibilities 
The following are some of the exciting projects you will be working on and responsible for:

  • Identify, develop, implement, and lead initiatives for the dealership acquisition lifecycle;
  • Provide strategic leadership to help create and execute the roadmap leading to optimal dealership management;
  • Analyze market trends, consumer trends,retail and industry needs,risk and opportunities,local consumer behavior to increase sales;
  • Understanding key KPIs and benchmarking them against major competitors;
  • Planning and overseeing new initiatives and projects;
  • Growing our dealer base.
  • Managing end to end onboarding process for acquired dealers.
  • Facilitating dealer trainings and events.
  • Manage and leading the acquisition team (processes and compliance to procedures).
  • Manage dealer visits and issue resolutions.
  • All other tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:

  • HND or BSc in Business Administration, Sales, Economics or any related field;
  • Experience in building b2b channel;
  • Experience in business development, key account management;
  • 2+ years experience in b2b business
  • Experience in acquisition of b2b clients
  • Experience in the car industry an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset
  • Experience leading others
  • Data-driven approach to decision making
