Role Overview:

We seek a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service, and support administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors.
  • Assist clients and employees with inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Effectively communicate administrative information to team members and other departments.

Qualification

  • Currently serving corps member(NYSC)/Fresh Graduate.
  • A relevant degree in Administration
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong verbal and written communication
