Position Summary

  • The Admin Driver is responsible for providing reliable and safe driving services to company staff.

Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties:

  • Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules.
  • Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues for maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper fueling of the vehicle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND / OND / SSCE qualification
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a corporate or administrative driving role.
  • First aid and defensive driving training is an advantage.
