Responsibilities
Manage Admin and Business Relationship:

  • Oversee organization wide management strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services.Provide overall direction, leadership, management, and communication for the admin department.
  • Making requisition and re-stocking of Admin store needs
  • Proper documentation of company assets leaving and entering the store

Fleet and Facility Management:

  • Supervises delivery of merchandise and consumables to all Lagos and upcountry stores
  • Supervises journey management of all staff and business clients where necessary
  • Supervises fleet maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal use of the fleet
  • Responsible to ensure that the vehicle particulars are valid and complete
  • Supervises all drivers and dispatcher’s valid documentation
  • Supervises facility maintenance, repair of support centre facility, support centre tenant and stores
  • Supervises routine checks on the facility, janitors and gardeners ensuring all that they will be needing to keep all corners sparkling clean are provided
  • Ensures support centre regular fumigation and sanitisation
  • Supervises all other fleet and facility activities.

Security Management:

  • Supervision of the security operatives to ensure full security coverage
  • Supervision of routine inspection of the entire premises and all other security activities

Utilities Bill Payment and Registration:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the vehicle and other company asset paper registration are done and renew timely
  • Ensure statutory government bills are paid such as waste bills, PHCN and local levies
  • Ensure non-statutory government bills are paid such as CUG, Security bills amongst others
  • Ensure water dispenser bills are paid and regularly provided

Procurement, Vendor Record and Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a database of first, second and third grade services provider vendors across different locations especially in the areas of hotel accommodation, air ticketing, road transportation, repair and maintenance etc.
  • Ensure good relationship with services providing vendors and also manage vendor agreements and terms

Administrative Cost Management:

  • Responsible for weekly and monthly consolidated admin expenses report of all business units and stores (cost centers)
  • Responsible for ensuring cost reduction initiatives are executed under power expenses, cleaning expenses, travelling and transport expenses, repair and maintenance expenses, printing and stationery expenses, security expenses and rates expenses.
  • Responsible for ensuring admin expenses budget variance are kept under control limits.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 4 – 6 years work experience.
