Job Description
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Preparing expense reports
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- Regular Maintenance of Office environment.
- Other task that may be assigned to you from-time to time.
Qualifications
- An OND holder in a related field such as Office Administration or Banking and Finance may be preferred.
- Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 0-1 year of experience for entry level positions
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy, scanning and printing machines.
- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients/Vendors.
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
