Greymate Care is Actively Recruiting to fill the role of an Administrative Officer.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- You will act as a point of contact for all Greymate Care employees, independent contractors and interns, providing administrative support and managing their queries
- Provide Administrative support across all levels of hierarchy within the company
- Prepare regular reports and organize company records with statistical data
- Maintain and update company databases
- Book virtual meeting rooms as required
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience with Teleconferencing software (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc)
- Experience with Task Management systems (Asana, Slack, Notion, etc)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- College degree or Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
