Role Description

  • This is a contract remote role for a Personal Agent.
  • The Personal Agent will be responsible for coordinating and managing clients’ personal logistics needs.
  • This includes arranging pick-up and delivery of packages, tracking shipments, communicating with clients and carriers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in logistics, customer service, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools such as email and chat
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
