Role Description
- This is a contract remote role for a Personal Agent.
- The Personal Agent will be responsible for coordinating and managing clients’ personal logistics needs.
- This includes arranging pick-up and delivery of packages, tracking shipments, communicating with clients and carriers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in logistics, customer service, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools such as email and chat
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
