Job Objectives:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the application support team and guarantees an efficient team; he or she will also be responsible for identifying problems or defects web, mobile and POS applications in line with international standards and Practice.
- Coordinate deployment of applications across different environments, also be involved in full process documentation and monitoring application performance metrics.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong knowledge of mobile, web and POS applications.
- Advanced proficiency in determining causes of application errors
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ability to keep up with innovations in application design.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and equivalent experience. 5-10 years’ experience in a similar industry, IT certification and programming language skill will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Database Queries for MsSQL, Linux, MYSQL and Oracle.
