Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for your territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and measure progress against goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
