Job Description

  • As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and support the sales team within your designated area.
  • You’ll drive sales performance, implement strategic plans, and ensure overall market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the area.
  • Prepare area sales reports and forecast projections.
  • Develop effective sales strategies tailored to your region.
  • Ensure proper coverage and visibility of company products.
  • Conduct regular field visits and team training.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in FMCG or retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the assigned territory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
