Job Description
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and support the sales team within your designated area.
- You’ll drive sales performance, implement strategic plans, and ensure overall market growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the area.
- Prepare area sales reports and forecast projections.
- Develop effective sales strategies tailored to your region.
- Ensure proper coverage and visibility of company products.
- Conduct regular field visits and team training.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in FMCG or retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
